Krapopolis, no doubt, has a very talented cast, but compared to every adult animated sitcom that exists, it's simply not as good. Matt Berry is even in it! Don't get me wrong; I don't hate it. It's just not my first choice.

'Grimsburg'

I enjoyed season one of Grimsburg despite the show's mixed reviews. What can I say? Jon Hamm never misses. The characters are delightfully weird and will surely make you laugh. Give it a chance!

'Disenchantment'

Disenchantmentis another classic from Matt Groening (creator of The Simpsons), based on his signature animation style and humor. While it's bound to make you chuckle occasionally, the show overall isn't that memorable.

'Human Resources'

The spin-off series of Netflix's Big Mouth, Human Resources,took the idea of adolescents having their very own "hormone monster" and ran wild. As it turns out, there is an entire department dedicated to human emotions, from "love bugs" to "logic rocks." The show's cast, along with its guest stars, is nothing short of incredible, and it's a shame that it didn't get more than two seasons.

'Koala Man'

I'm aware that I am probably one of the only people who has seen Koala Man enough times to have a strong opinion about it, but it's worth a watch (or three). Why is it funny? It's about an Australian suburban dad posing as a superhero to end petty crime in his community. Hugh Jackman is in the show if that isn't enough to pique your interest!

'Little Demon'

Little Demon desperately needs a second season. The show stars Danny DeVito as Satan, his daughter, Lucy DeVito, and the fabulous Aubrey Plaza. It's vastly underrated, and I cannot recommend this series enough.

'Solar Opposites'

Solar Opposites follows an alien family trying to make sense of life on Earth, but it's really in its own league for "The Wall" storyline alone. Dan Stevens stepping in as the family's leader, Korvo, was the best casting decision and handled so well. I'm excited to see where the series goes.

'American Dad!'

American Dad! is a reliable go-to adult animated series. Its humor is obviously similar to Family Guy, but the tone and style are what make it original. Roger, the alien, and Klaus, the goldfish, are undoubtedly the best parts of the show, and the characters' silliness rounds out the family quite nicely.

'Beavis and Butt-Head'

We are officially in the revival era of iconic television shows from the 1990s and early 2000s, and Beavis and Butt-Head is no exception. The show's success produced one of my favorite animated comedy movies of all time, Beavis and Butt-Head Do America(1996), and a sequel in 2022. You can stream it and the new seasons on Paramount+.

'King of the Hill'

I'm not proud to admit that I low-key slept on King of the Hill for a long time. I was wrong! It's incredibly quotable and considered a classic among animated sitcoms. A revival of the show is currently in the works, but until then, you can stream all 13 seasons on Hulu.

'Daria'

Dariais one of the best shows of all time. Period. It was so huge in the nineties that I had no idea it was even a spin-off of Beavis and Butt-Head. The character of Daria is iconic, and her legacy will hopefully live on forever.

When I say I binge-watched this entire series in three days, I am not exaggerating; I was completely hooked from the first episode of F is for Family . Bill Burr, along with the rest of the cast, are nothing short of amazing, but Sam Rockwell deserves the biggest shout-out for his role as the family's neighbor, Vic.

As a frequent watcher of Adult Swim and Comedy Central, it didn't take long for me to become a fan of Futurama. It bounced around on a few different networks but has since seen a revival on Hulu, with season nine in the works.

Archer is so funny and unbelievably clever. The show's premise and animation style alone were unique enough, but then H. Jon Benjamin and the rest of the cast made it a hit. The show ran for 14 seasons and came away with four Primetime Emmys.

Honestly, I do not watch The Simpsons religiously, but I have a lot of respect for it and absolutely love The Simpsons Movie (2007), so I recognize its impact on pop culture. It is the longest-running animated series, sitcom, and scripted series on prime-time television in America, having run for nearly 36 seasons.

Family Guy is one of everyone else's go-to adult animated sitcoms, right? The show was a constant in my rolodex of shows to cheer me up. It always delivers when you're in need of a mindless comedy and a show I still find myself quoting.

The latest season of Rick and Morty is a true testament to just how talented and dedicated the crew is to making this show. Showrunner Scott Marder and co-creator Dan Harmon did the impossible by seamlessly recasting both Rick and Morty without anyone being the wiser, allowing the cast, writers, and everyone else who works so tirelessly on the show to continue telling these wacky stories we love so much.

The Great North is severely underrated. While the show's creators have written for Bob's Burgers, whose similarities are very present, it stands on its own. The Great North is a wholesome, silly show, and I always look forward to seeing new episodes.

Big Mouth is such a brilliant, original show and easily one of Nick Kroll's best pieces of work as a co-creator, writer, actor, and producer. It offers a fresh perspective on puberty, all the while being utterly hilarious.

Justice for Tuca & Bertie! Netflix canceled the show after just one season, but thankfully, audiences' love for Tuca & Bertie led to its revival on Adult Swim for two more seasons.The story of the two women (birds) navigating friendship and life in their early thirties was unique and really resonated with fans.

South Park was one of the first adult animated series that I remember watching as a child. To say it was an obsession would be an understatement. With 26 seasons, a movie, and several specials, the series shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

'Bob's Burgers'

Ever since its premiere in 2011, Bob's Burgers has remained supreme in my eyes. The show's success produced a feature film in 2022 because all successful adult animated series have at least one movie. It makes for an amazing comfort show that always comes through on holiday episodes. With such a stellar cast (recurring characters included), Bob's Burgers has deservedly earned a spot at the top of best-of lists everywhere.
