Lead Dog Recruiting is hiring for a Sr. HR Manager in the Newport Beach, CA area (near John Wayne airport) based on additional information received from the client.

Must have's for the role:

  • Experience with Ultipro/UKG (HRIS software) is mandatory
  • HR experience in a publicly traded company is mandatory
  • Experience managing remote employee(s) is a strong plus
  • Must have experience in all HR disciplines (compliance/regulatory, legal, training, HRIS systems, employee relations, hiring/terminations/compensation, etc. Role requires performing tasks as well as delegating to the team. Not just a position of delegation
  • Managed a small team of HR professionals (Sr. Coordinator, Coordinator (temp), 2 internal recruiters, Manage HR Consultants (2), HRIS vendor and Benefits Administration Consultant. (Benefits administration and HRIS is/will be outsourced instead of hiring direct employees)
  • Strong background in performance/employee relations, supervisory/leadership training in support of managers with an hourly paid maintenance focused workforce
  • Polished and professional
