Is anyone’s baby having teething issues already. My son is just 9 wks old and he has been crying, fussing & rubbing his gum badly. His Pediatrician would not recommend any OTC meds for us. I have tried getting all the remedies I can think of but it’s not working. Please can anyone suggest what I can do to help ease off on the pain for him

Try a damp wash cloth and put in freezer for a bit and take it out to let baby chew on it? Teething mits- mits on the babies hands with rubber at the end. Maybe try wellements teething oil or any other type of teething gel. Why does his pediatrician not recommend Tylenol for pain? I mean I get if people are abusing the use but if you need to give you baby a dose of Tylenol cause the teething pain is affecting their sleeping I would be giving my baby some Tylenol. Hope my other ideas help. Also not sure if you pump or breastfeed you can use any undrank milk and maybe make tiny ice cubes baby can also suck on. There are silicone and mesh pacifier feeders. Since baby is still to small for frozen food in there I’d think breastmilk would work great.
